By downloading or using Pingzi you agree to these terms. If you got Pingzi from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Pingzi Pro
- Pingzi Pro is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Pro stays yours for as long as Pingzi is available. Use Restore purchases to get it on another phone with the same Apple Account or Google Play account, or sign in to Pingzi to have it on all your devices.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. A refunded purchase no longer gives Pro.
Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for access to the Apple, Google or email account you sign in with. You can delete your Pingzi account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).
Mew coins and cat items
- Mew coins (喵币) are earned by learning in the app. They cannot be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money, and they have no value outside the app.
- Coins buy virtual items for your cats, including lucky capsules with a random item; the chances of each kind of item are shown in the app before you open one.
- We may limit how many coins can be earned per day, change prices and items, and correct balances that result from errors or tampering. Seasonal items are offered for a limited time; items you got stay yours.
Content
Word lists, definitions and stroke-order data come from open datasets credited in the app under Settings → Credits & licenses. We work to keep the content accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.

Pingzi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
